面部孢子丝菌病误诊为疖肿1例

We present a patient with facial sporotrichosis who was misdiagnosed as furuncle. A 68-year-old female presented with dark red patch on the left side of the eyebrow for 4 months. Fungal culture showed sporothrix schenckii. The diagnosis of sporotrichosis was made.%患者,女,68岁。左眉外侧不规则暗红色斑块4个月,曾误诊为“疖肿”。真菌培养鉴定为申克孢子丝菌,诊断为孢子丝菌病。
