目的:检测尖锐湿疣患者皮损中抗菌肽HBD-2、HBD-3及LL-37mRNA的表达。方法应用逆转录(RT-PCR)方法检测56例尖锐湿疣患者皮损和30名正常人皮肤组织中HBD-2、HBD-3及LL-37mRNA的表达。结果:与正常人皮肤组织相比,尖锐湿疣患者皮损中HBD-2、HBD-3及LL-37mRNA的表达水平明显升高(P<0.05)。结论:尖锐湿疣患者皮损中HBD-2、HBD-3及LL-37mRNA表达水平的上调可能与尖锐湿疣患者局部产生免疫防御有关。%Objective:To investigate the mRNA expression of antimicrobial peptide HBD-2, HBD-3 and LL-37 in the patients with condyloma acuminatum ( CA) . Methods:The skin biopsies were taken from skin lesions in 56 patients with CA and 30 normal controls. Reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction ( RT-PCR) was used to semi-quantitatively analyze the mRNA expression of HBD-2, HBD-3 and LL-37 in the tissue samples. Results:The mRNA expressions of HBD-2, HBD-3 and LL-37 were significant higher in CA than in the normal controls ( P<0.05) . Conclusion:Up-regulated expression of HBD-2, HBD-3 and LL-37 may be related to local immune defense of CA.
