威海地区18岁以下健康人群血清总IgE的检测

摘要

Objective:To detect the serum total IgE level in healthy people under 18 years old in Weihai district, Shandong province, in order to provide a reference value for the serum total IgE level in healthy popu-lation under 18 years old. Methods:The serum total IgE level was detected by ECLIA in 600 healthy people under 18 years and 200 adults. Results: The total IgE levels of children under 6, 7~12 and 13~18 were 33.26±23.581 IU/mL, 36.27±24.36 IU/mL and 38.62±25.71 IU/mL, while the total IgE level in adults was 52.38±25.94 IU/mL. Conclusion:The serum total IgE level in Weihai is lower in people under 18 years old than in adults, and the normal reference value of the serum total IgE level in healthy people under 18 years old needs to be defined.%目的：：检测山东威海地区18岁以下健康人群血清总IgE水平，为18岁以下健康人群血清总IgE的正常参考值提供依据。方法：采用电化学发光免疫分析法( ECLIA)对600例18岁以下健康人群及200例成年人血清总IgE水平进行检测。结果：≤6岁血清总IgE水平为33.26±23.58 IU/mL，7~12岁为36.27±24.36 IU/mL，13~18岁为38.62±25.71 IU/mL。200例成年人水平为52.38±25.94 IU/mL。结论：威海地区18岁以下健康人群总IgE水平低于成年人，对18岁人群应重新设定IgE正常水平值。
