NLRP 3炎症小体与银屑病相关性的研究进展

摘要

NLRP3 inflammasomes is one of the recognition receptor family members of the innate immune systems. The expression of NLRP3 inflammasomes is high in the lesions of psoriasis. Caspase-1 ( Cysteine-containing aspartate hydrolase) is activated and the secretion of inflammatory cytokines is promoted after the inflammasome activated. NLRP3 inflammasmes may be involved in the inflammation process of psoriasis.%NLRP3炎症小体是固有免疫系统识别受体家族主要成员，最新研究发现NLRP3炎症小体在银屑病皮损处高表达。炎症小体激活后可活化caspase－1(含半胱氨酸的天冬氨酸水解酶)及分泌大量炎症细胞因子，促进银屑病炎症的病理反应。 NLRP3炎症小体可能参与银屑病的炎症反应过程。
