梅毒患者血清 IL－33和 IL－35与梅毒细胞免疫的相关性

摘要

Objective:To detect the levels of IL-33 and IL-35 in the patients with syphilis. Methods:The levels of IL-33 and IL-35 in the patients and healthy controls were detected with ELISA. Results:There was no significant difference in the levels of IL-33 and IL-35 between the patients and controls ( P=0.63 and P=0.122) . There were no significant difference in the levels of IL-33 and IL-35 among primary syphilis, secondary syphilis and latent syphilis. Conclusion:IL-33 and IL-35 may not correlate with the cellular im-munity in the patients with syphylis.%目的：：检测梅毒患者血清IL－33和IL－35的表达。方法：采用酶联免疫吸附法( ELISA)检测梅毒患者和正常对照血清IL－33和IL－35的表达。结果：梅毒患者血清IL－33和IL－35的表达与对照比较,差异均无统计学意义( P＝0.638和P＝0.122)。一期梅毒、二期梅毒、潜伏梅毒间IL－33和IL－35比较差异亦无统计学意义( P＝0.116,P＝0.132)。结论：梅毒患者外周血清IL－33和IL－35可能与梅毒的细胞免疫无相关性。
