[ Objective ] To explore the clinical prognosis of the fore-and-inner diseases of maxillary sinus with nasal endoscope through the recess before Naso-lacrimal Duct. [Methods] 50 cases patients with fore-and-inner diseases of maxillary sinus were operated in Nasal Endoscopic through the Recess before naso-lacrimal duct, to study the effects and decreasing complications of group. [Results] 50 cases were cured, decreasing complications of 50 cases were not occurred in surgery before and after. The patients were visited 6 months after surgery. [Conclusion] Nasal endoscope of the fore-and-inner disease of maxillary sinus through the recess before naso-lacrimal duct have vision clearly and the disease is over and no injury on the mucous membrane. It is simple operation, it has the advantages of little trauma.%目的 探讨鼻内镜下泪前隐窝入路治疗上颌窦前内侧病变的效果.方法 对上颌窦前内侧壁内病变患者50例患者采用鼻内镜下泪前隐窝入路治疗,观察临床疗效、并发症等情况.结果 50例患者全部治愈,术中、术后均未见明显并发症发生,所有病例均经半年以上随访.结论 该术式视野清晰,上颌窦黏膜损伤小,且简单易行,创伤小,效果满意.
