目的 分析乳管内视镜对无肿块乳头溢液患者临床诊断意义与治疗价值.方法 应用乳管内视镜对2189例非生理性乳头溢液患者进行检查,对溢液的性质、镜检结果、乳管内介入治疗疗效进行总结分析.对其中484例手术患者术后病理检查结果与乳管内视镜检查结果进行对比,以确定诊断符合率.对1532例无肿块乳头溢液患者进行乳管内介入治疗,观察其疗效.结果 乳管内视镜诊断符合率94.2％,乳管内介入治疗总有效率97.6％.结论 乳管内视镜对乳头溢液性疾病能作出明确诊断和定位,是无肿块乳头溢液患者病因诊断与治疗的有效工具与手段.%[Objective] To analyze the value of breast duct endoscopy in clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients with nipple discharge but no mass. [Methods] Breast duct endoscopy was performed in 2189 patients with non-physiological nipple discharge. The discharge properties, endoscopy results, and intraductal therapy efficacy were analyzed. Among them, 484 patients underwent surgery whose results of postoperative pathological examinations were compared with the results of breast duct endoscopy to determine diagnosis accordance rate. Intraductal therapy was performed in 1532 p'atients with nipple discharge but no mass to observe its efficacy. [Results] Diagnosis accordance rate of breast duct endoscopy was 94.2%, the total effective rate of intraductal therapy was 97.6%. [Conclusions] Breast duct endoscopy can make clear diagnosis and determine the location of the disease with nipple discharge. It is the effective tool and method for etiological diagnosis and treatment of patients with nipple discharge but no mass.
