杞菊甘露散熏蒸法对肝肾不足型干眼患者视觉相关生存质量的影响

摘要

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effects of fumigation treatment of Qiju Ganlu Powder on vision relat-ed life quality of patients with dry eye of liver and kidney deficiency. METHODS Sixty patients suffered from dry eyes were collected and divided into 2 groups randomly by computer, which were treated either by artificial tears therapy (control group) or fumigation treatment of Qiju Ganlu Powder and artificial tears therapy (treatment group) respectively. The tear break-up time (BUT), Schirmer I test (SIT), the symptoms scores and vision related quality of life (VRQOL) scores of patients were detected and marked before treatment and 2 weeks after treatment. RESULTS After 14 days, the SIT, BUT, subjective symptoms scores and VRQOL scores in the treatment group and control group are better than that before treatment (P<0.001). Compared with the control group the BUT, total subjective symptoms scores and general health condition scores in the treatment group were better (P<0.05). But there is no significant difference in SIT,motion disorder scores and vision disorder scores between the two groups (P>0.05). CONCLUSIONS The study found fumigation treatment of Qiju Ganlu Powder and artificial tears replacement ther-apy could improve signs, symptoms scores and VRQOL scores of patients with dry eye of liver and kidney deficiency. Meanwhile in terms of BUT, subjective symptoms and general health condition were better than the control group.%目的：评价“杞菊甘露散熏蒸法”治疗对肝肾不足型干眼患者视觉相关生存质量的影响。方法收集门诊就诊的肝肾不足型干眼患者60例，采用计算机产生的随机数字将患者分为2组，分别给予人工泪液治疗（对照组）或杞菊甘露散熏蒸+人工泪液治疗（试验组）。治疗前及连续治疗14 d后，分别观察患者泪膜破裂时间（BUT），基础泪液分泌量（SIT），并对患者的主观症状评分及视觉相关生存质量（VRQOL）评分进行分析比较。结果治疗14 d后试验组和对照组的BUT、SIT、主观症状总评分、VRQOL各项评分均优于治疗前（P＜0.001）；试验组BUT、主观症状总评分、VRQOL一般健康状况评分的改善幅度好于对照组（P＜0.05）， SIT及VRQOL活动障碍评分、视力障碍评分的改善幅度与对照组无统计学意义的差异（P＞0.05）。结论杞菊甘露散熏蒸联合人工泪液治疗对肝肾不足型干眼患者的体征、主观症状和视觉生存质量均有改善作用，该疗法在延长BUT、减轻主观症状及提高VRQOL评分项目中的一般健康情况评分上优于人工泪液。
