临床上，长期使用滴眼液或滴眼液滥用均会导致眼表的毒性反应，从而引起药源性结膜炎或角膜炎等，临床表现多为非特异性，如眼部不适、泪膜欠稳定、结膜上皮细胞调亡、角膜表面受损等，且易与其他病因的眼表疾病相混淆。长期使用或滥用滴眼液所致的眼表损害常在临床上被忽视，各类型滴眼液导致眼表损害的发病机制也不尽相同。临床眼科医师对长期使用或滥用滴眼液所致的眼表损害应予以重视及关注，并积极进行预防和治疗。本文就这一现象，从药物毒性的表现与其最可能的原因分析以及一些可行的解决方法等方面进行综述，以期对临床工作有所帮助。%Ocular surface toxicity is caused by the abuse of eye drops clinically. The long-term use of topical drugs may induce ocular surface changes, cause conjunctivitis and corneitis such as ocular discomfort upon instillation, tear film instability, conjunctival epithelium apoptosis and corneal surface impairment. Ocular surface toxicity caused by the abuse of eye drops was often overlooked. This paper reviewed recently published reports on this phenomenon, analyzed the manifestation of drug toxicity, reasons of possibility, preven-tion and treatment, which could be helpful for our clinical work.
