除风益损汤联合聚乙二醇滴眼液治疗白内障术后干眼的临床观察

摘要

目的 评价除风益损汤联合聚乙二醇滴眼液对白内障术后干眼患者的疗效.方法 随机选取我院2015年2月—2016年12月行白内障超声乳化术后1周,经检査确诊为干眼的患者104例(162只眼)随机分为2组,中药治疗组予以口服除风益损汤联合聚乙二醇滴眼液滴眼,对照组仅予聚乙二醇滴眼液滴眼,均治疗4周.治疗前后进行相关检查,以泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、Schirmer I试验(SIT)结果、角膜荧光素染色评分、临床症状评分为观察指标,比较两组疗效.结果 中药治疗组81只眼,显效44只眼,有效33只眼,无效4只眼,总有效率95.1%;对照组81只眼,显效27只眼,有效42只眼,无效12只眼,总有效率85.2%(χ2=4.438,P=0.035).治疗后两组BUT、角膜荧光素染色评分、临床症状评分均较治疗前有统计学意义的改善(P＜0.05),中药治疗组的BUT、临床症状评分好于同期对照组(P＜0.05);两组治疗后的SIT数值较治疗前无明显变化(P>0.05).结论 除风益损汤联合聚乙二醇滴眼液治疗白内障术后干眼疗效优于单独使用聚乙二醇眼液.%OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effect of ChuFeng YiSunTang and polyethylene glycol eye drops in management of dry eyes after cataract surgery. METHODS 104 patients(162 eyes) with dry eyes secondary to cataract surgery after one week who were treated in our hospital from February 2015 to December 2016 were randomly divided into trial group and control group . the trial group were treated with TCM concentrated granules and polyethylene glycol eye drops for four weeks, and control group was treated with only polyethylene glycol eye drops for four weeks. tear breakup time (BUT) schirmer I test (Sit) fluorescein staining (FL) and the subjective dry eye symptoms were graded before and after the treatment.RESULTS In the trial group (81 eyes), 44 eyes were markedly effective, 33 eyes were effective, 4 eyes were ineffective ,the total effective rate was 95.1% .in the comtrol group (81 eyes), 27 eyes were markedly effective, 42 eyes were effective, 12 eyes were ineffective ,the total effective rate was 85.2%(χ2=4.438,P=0.035). there was a statis-tically significant difference in tear breakup time (BUT) fluorescein staining (FL) and subjective dry eye symptoms after treatment in both trial group and control group (P>0.05). after treatment, tear breakup time (BUT) and subjective dry eye symptoms were better in the trial group than in the control group (P>0.05).there was no statistically significant difference in Schirmer I test(Sit) after treatment between trial group and control group. CONCLUSION Combined use of ChuFeng YiSunTang and polyethylene glycol eye drops could show better therapeutic effects than only use of polyethylene glycol eye drops on the dry eyes after cataract surgery.
