一款带电流驱动能力的带隙基准

     

摘要

A band gap reference circuit with current drive capability is designed. Proposed circuit is composed with band gap reference and voltage-followed circuit. This structure could achieve the current drive capability under the condition of reference voltage. The circuit structure includes start-up circuit, voltage reference and operational amplifier structure. The negative feedbackstructure greatly reduces the area of layout drawing. The circuit is designed, simulated and mapped under cadence 18 GPDK process conditions. The overall circuit layout area is about 0.0020 mm2.The results show that the voltage reference output of 1.14 V, the temperature coefficient is 0.6 m V/℃, maximum output current is 01 m A, the linear regulation is 9.1μV/V, the operating current is 43μA.%设计了一款带电流驱动能力的带隙基准电路.整体电路由带隙基准电路及电压跟随器电路两个模块组成, 从而保证了在基准电压的条件下同时具备了电流驱动的能力.电路结构包含启动电路、电压基准以及运放结构, 整体设计采用负反馈结构大大减小了版图绘制的面积.总体电路版图面积约为0.0020mm2.电路在CSMC 0.18um工艺条件下进行设计、仿真和版图绘制, 结果表明, 该电压基准输出电压为1.14V, 输出驱动电流最大为0.1m A, 温度系数为0.6mV/℃, 线性调整率为9.1μV/V, 工作电流为43μA.
