摘要

Die-casted heat-sinks are of high cost , large weight and low efficiency in production of LED down light .According to this situation , this essay introduces a drawing technique applied to LED down light designs .The integral structure of such design is simple , yet solves the common problems of die-casted heat-sinks, as well as guarantees sheat dissipation performance of the lights .%以压铸方式成型的LED筒灯散热主体面临着成本高、质量重、生产效率低等问题。本文将介绍一款拉深成型工艺在LED筒灯中设计的应用，该设计整体结构简洁，解决了以压铸成型为散热方式的常见问题并能保证灯具的散热性能。
