LED控制装置可靠性的温度影响因子研究

本文介绍了LED控制装置的元器件类型和失效率预计模型，根据LED控制装置在实际应用中的故障模式和关键元器件，结合可靠性试验和失效率预计思路，研究温度因子对元器件失效率的影响。%This article introduces the component types and failure prediction modes of LED controlgear, and analysis the thermal effect of critical components failure rate, through reliability test and failure prediction method.
