公路隧道照明的数值计算方法及设计程序开发

     

摘要

The actual power consumption of tunnel lighting system accounts for the highest proportion of total electricity consumption in the daily operation of tunnel. Therefore, an energy-saving tunnel lighting system is important to sustainable development of road construction. In order to develop the tunnel lighting aided design program, illuminance, brightness and uniformity numerical calculation methods are introduced,especially the calculation method of axial and transverse corner tunnel lamps and the incident angle of light ray. Besides,lighting calculation is inseparable from the luminaire data file. The photometric data file is the base of lighting analysis and program developing, so the IESNA LM-63 standard and inputting method are introduced. Then,the program components of a tunnel lighting system are described, which includes the section brightness and length calculation, lighting circuit and parameters setting, each section lighting calculation, calculating result output and graphics modules. It will improve the design efficiency and avoid the intensity and error of the manual operation, and it is convenient to carry out the simulation calculation and analysis.%隧道照明系统实际使用电耗在隧道日常运营总电耗所占比例最高,隧道照明节能对公路建设可持续发展具有重要意义.为了编制隧道照明辅助设计程序,对照度、亮度和均匀度的数值计算方法进行了介绍,尤其是灯具与隧道轴线及横向有转角时的光线入射角γ计算方法.照明计算离不开灯具配光数据文件,基于IESNA LM-63标准配光数据文件,介绍了其格式及程序读写方法.接着,介绍了隧道照明分析程序的功能组成,包含区段亮度及长度计算、灯具回路及计算参数设置、各区段照明计算、结果输出和绘图等模块.采用定量化照明计算,可以提高设计效率,免除手工运算的强度和差错,便于进行各种模拟计算分析.
