自动焊接操作机焊接船用锅炉装置的设计

摘要

As marine trade developing , the action of welding technique is increasing more and more in marine manufacturing industry .The means of automatic weld replacing conventionally manual weld could improve production efficiency and upgrade manufacturing quality as well .Marine boiler is welded by adopting automatic weld manipulator and self regulation type welding roller carrier , which could reduce work intensity efficiently of welders and realize weld-ing automation .%随着船舶业的不断发展，焊接技术在船舶制造业中的作用愈加突出，用自动化焊接代替传统手工焊接，既可提高生产效率，也可提高制造质量。采用自动焊接操作机配合自调式焊接滚轮架焊接船用锅炉，可以有效的降低焊接工人的劳动量，实现焊接自动化。
