铸坯内部夹杂物的超声检测评价

摘要

介绍采用聚焦声场实现对铸坯内部夹杂物进行检测评价的设备和方法，以及相关应用案例的效果。结果表明，采用聚焦声场能够高效的实现对铸坯内部夹杂物的检测评价。%Apparatus and method of test and evaluation for casting blank inclusion by means of focused ultrasonic field have been described, further effect of relevant applied projects have been illustrated.The result showed that fo-cused ultrasonic field was capable of accomplishing sound test and evaluation of inclusion inside of casting blank.
