To provide an ultrasonic flaw detection evaluation apparatus which enables a large volume of inspection data to be efficiently and correctly processed when evaluating ultrasonic echoes reflected from an inspection object.SOLUTION: The ultrasound flaw detection evaluation apparatus scans a probe on an inspection object to make ultrasound incident on the inspection object, and measures and evaluates echoes from reflection sources of the inspection object, and comprises a control unit and an input/output unit. The control unit classifies the echoes, according to the position of the reflection sources which are factors of the echoes, into those belonging to any of the front surface, the rear surface, or the interior of the inspection object, and groups echoes whose reflection sources to be the factors of the echoes are close to one another, among the classified echoes. The input/output unit groups the echoes and displays them. Echoes closer to the direction of a welding line are preferentially grouped and displayed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
