老年急腹症手术患者的麻醉处理分析

摘要

Objective The anesthesia treatment and its effect on elderly patients operated with acute abdomen surgery to be investigated. Methods Col ect 53 elderly patients with acute abdomen who are treated in hospital from April 2013 to April 2014 and have them operated with surgery. Summarize and analyze the anesthesia treatment data and its treatment effect. Results Al of 53 patients have a successful operation, but 2 patients did not get a favorable recovery until they were given emergency treatment and artificial respirator treatment, and no complication occurs. As for patients whose blood pressure is liable to fluctuating, their blood pressure is back to normal. The result has statistic significance (P<0.05). Conclusion It is suggested to cure elderly patients with proper anesthesia treatment based on their individual physic condition and clinical symptoms in order to keep them in good health.%目的：分析老年急腹症手术患者的麻醉处理方法和效果。方法搜集2013年4月～2014年4月我院接收的老年急腹症53例患者，对全部患者进行手术治疗，并对麻醉处理方法和效果进行总结性分析。结果53患者手术均顺利完成，其中2例术后恢复欠佳，经急诊及人工呼吸机治疗后均良好恢复，且未发生其他并发症。血压变化患者经相应治疗后，均恢复正常值。结果有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论老年急腹症手术患者麻醉处理时，应结合患者不同体质及临床表现合理选择麻醉方式，维护患者健康。
