目的探讨布比卡因复合小剂量芬太尼腰麻在剖宫产术中的应用及麻醉效果。方法选取在我院接诊的100剖宫产手术的产 妇作为主要研究对象，将其随机性分为观察组和对照组，每组患者50例，对照组患者应用0.5%布比卡因1.5 ml ；观察组患者应用0.5%布比卡因1.2 ml 加0.005%芬太尼0.5 ml。对两组患者的麻醉效果、不良反应情况进行比较和分析。结果通过对两组患者的麻醉效果进行比较和分析，结果表明两组患者的麻醉效果没有明显差异，观察组患者低血压的发生率较低，观察组患者的不良反应发生率低于对照组，组间比较差异具有统计学意义P <0.05。结论布比卡因复合小剂量芬太尼腰麻在剖宫产术中的临床治疗过程中，具有确切的临床效果，具有较少的副作用。%Objective To study the cloth than paid lumbar hemp compound smal dose fentanyl application and effect of anesthesia in cesarean section. Methods Select 100 cesarean section surgery in our hospital accepts maternal as main research object,the random divided into observation group and control group,each group of 50 cases of patients, control group patients used 0.5% cloth than paid 1.5 ml; Observation group of patients application 0.5% cloth than paid 1.2 ml 0.005% plus fentanyl 0.5 ml. On two groups of patients with anesthesia effect,adverse reaction of comparison and analysis. Results Through the anesthesia effect of two groups of patients in the comparison and analysis,the results show that the anesthesia effect was no significant difference between the groups,the observation group of patients the incidence of low blood pressure is low, the observation group, the incidence of adverse reactions in patients than controls, compare the differences between groups with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion Cloth than paid compound smal dose fentanyl lumbar hemp in the process of clinical treatment of cesarean section, has definite clinical effect,with fewer side effects.
