The head nurse is the important subject of the whole nursing management,this study will be conducted a comprehensive analysis and Discussion on how to improve the quality of head nurses and nursing management skills,and the use of management techniques is an important way to improve the quality of nursing.%在医院管理中护理管理显得极其重要，护士长则是整个护理管理的重要主体，本次研究将对怎样提升护士长素质以及护理管理技巧进行了全面分析和阐述，认为改善护理管理质量的重要前提便是应当提升护士长素质，而利用管理技巧则是提升护理质量的重要途径。
