Objective To investigate the quality of nursing care in the clinical nursing effect of endocrine in patients with. Methods 80 cases of patients admitted to our hospital were analyzed, and were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received conventional nursing, experimental group uses the high quality nursing, nursing effects were compared between the two groups. Results The ideal effect in treatment of experimental group was 95%, higher than that of the control group (85%) (P<0.05); the experimental group of 95%in our hospital for the overal satisfaction, higher than that of the control group(65%)(P<0.05). Conclusion The ideal high quality nursing effect of endocrine of patients, is worthy to be popularized.%目的：探讨优质护理在内分泌甲状腺患者中的临床护理效果。方法对来我院诊治的80例患者入院资料进行分析，将其随机分为两组。对照组采用常规方法护理，实验组采用优质护理，比较两组护理效果。结果实验组95%治疗效果理想，高于对照组（85%）（P<0.05）；实验组95%对我院治疗总体满意，高于对照组（65%）（P<0.05）。结论内分泌甲状腺患者中采用优质护理效果理想，值得推广使用。
