PDCA循环在医院科研项目管理中的应用

摘要

医学科研是医学发展的主要动力，在现今市场经济环境下医院想要持续发展，就需要科技不断的创新和进步来提升医院的综合竞争力。因而，怎样才能正确的进行科学管理是提升科研管理水平的主要方法，也是值得深入研究的一个问题。从2012年以来，我院首先进行了大胆尝试、积极探索，将PDCA循环运用到科研项目管理中，通过不断的时间，发挥了持续改进的效果，临床效果满意。%Medical research is the main power of medical development,want to sustainable development in the hospital in today's market economy environment,the comprehensive competitiveness of science and technology innovation and progress of the need to improve hospital. Therefore, how to correctly carry out the scientific management is the main method to improve the level of scientific research management, and also is a problem worthy of further study. Since 2012,our hospital has first carried on the bold attempt,active exploration,PDCA cycle was applied to the management of scientific research project,through continuous time,play a continuous improvement effect,satisfactory clinical effect.
