鼻腔粘膜瓣在经鼻内镜鼻腔泪囊吻合术中临床研究

摘要

Objective Endoscopic treatment effect dacryocystorhinostomy nasal mucosal flap in two different processing methods were compared. Methods Select hospital in 2013~2014 in our hospital for treatment of 80 cases of patients with chronic dacryocystitis class,and half were randomly assigned to take its approach to group divided into a control group and observation group,the two groups patients were 41 cases and 39 cases.In its surgical treatment. Results Fol ow-up after treatment that:41 patients in the control group,the total effective rate was 90.25%;observation group had 39 patients,with a total effective rate of 94.87%. Conclusion Endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy line nasal horizontal"Y"-shaped mucosal flap wound through the bare bones coverage to effectively prevent anastomotic stenosis and atresia,so that the open mouth kiss rate improved.Endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy line safe,reliable,worthy of clinical application.%目的：对鼻内镜下鼻腔泪囊吻合术中两种不同鼻腔粘膜瓣的处理方法的治疗效果进行比较。方法选取本院2013年～2014年在我院进行治疗的80例类慢性泪囊炎患者，并且采取半随机分配的方法对其进行分组，共分为对照组和观察组，两组患者分别有41例和39例。在对其进行手术治疗。结果经治疗随访后得知：对照组41例患者，总有效率为90.25%；观察组有39例患者，总有效率为94.87%。结论鼻内镜下行鼻腔泪囊吻合术鼻腔横“Y”形粘膜瓣通过对裸露骨创面进行有效覆盖来预防吻合口狭窄及闭锁，从而使吻口开放率得到提高。鼻内镜下行鼻腔泪囊吻合术安全可靠，值得临床推广应用。
