This article analyzed current management status of the personnel file management of the dispatched workers from the labor dispatch companies, hospitals, and individuals. Introducing”5S” theory, according to the different characteristics of companies, hospitals and individuals, the suggestions were put forward to regulate personnel file management of the dispatched workers.%本文从劳务派遣公司、医院和个人3方面分析医院劳务派遣制员工人事档案的管理现状,根据公司、医院和个人的不同特点,引入五常法管理理论,提出针对性的改进建议,规范派遣制员工的档案管理。
