床边护理工作制在神经内科病房的实践及效果评价

摘要

ObjectiveEvaluating the effect of bedside nursing in the neurology ward.Methods1300 patiences were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Experimental group is given bedside nursing work mode,while the control group is given conventional nursing mode.Results The experimental group get higher scores than control group.Conclusion In the neurology ward, bedside nursing system can increase the nursing effect,it is worth promoting.%目的：评价在神经内科病房中实行床边护理工作制的实践及效果情况。方法选取本院神经内科病房患者1300例随机分为实验组和对照组，各650例。实验组给予床边护理工作制护理，对照组给予传统护理。结果实验组患者对护理服务满意度、护士每天完成基础护理需时和病人疾病知识知晓率高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论在神经内科病房实行床边护理工作制可以使护理效果显著增加，值得推广。
