Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of evidence-based nursing combined with predictive nursing in operation room nursing management. Methods Totally 106 patients were assigned to the observation group and control group, with 53 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received evidence-based nursing combined with predictive nursing. The nursing quality, physiological stress response and satisfaction degree to nursing service were evaluated and compared between two groups. Results There was a smaller change ranges of heart rate and average artery in the observation group than that of controls(P0.05). Patients in the observation group gave a higher mark in health education, professional skill, service attitude and communication compared with those in the control group(P0.01). Conclusion The evidence-based nursing combined with predictive nursing intervention is effective to reduce the physiological stress response and improve the quality of nursing in operation room.
