风险管理在心血管内科护理中的应用体会

摘要

ObjectiveAnalysis on the effect of application of risk management in cardiovascular nursing in Department of Internal Medicine.Methods Selected 128 cases of cardiovascular patients in the Department of internal medicine of the hospital from June 2012 to October 2013 were divided into two groups. Group A according to the clinical characteristics of routine nursing management method. Group B with the nursing risk management in nursing management on the basis of routine. Analyze the effect of nursing care of the patients in the two groups.Results Group B patients risk event rate, nursing disputes were significantly less than group A, and the comprehensive nursing satisfaction rate and quality of care scores were significantly better in group control(P<0.05), there is statistical significance. Conclusion Cardiovascular internal medicine to implement risk management, nursing effect is remarkable.%目的：分析风险管理在心血管内科护理中的应用效果。方法选取本院2012年6月到2013年10月收治的128例心血管内科患者，均分为甲、乙两组。甲组根据临床特点采用常规护理管理方法；乙组在常规护理管理基础上采用护理风险管理。比较分析两组患者的护理效果。结果乙组患者的风险事件发生率、护理纠纷发生率明显少于甲组，且护理综合满意率以及护理质量控制评分情况明显优于甲组（P<0.05），有统计学意义。结论心血管内科实施风险管理，护理效果显著。
