剖宫产术中大出血影响因素及原因解析

摘要

目的：探讨及分析剖宫产术中大出血影响因素和原因。方法回顾性分析我院2012年1月～2013年12月期间剖宫产术中出现大出血产妇20例，探讨出血原因及影响因素。结果本组中子宫收缩乏力导致出血17例（85.00%），胎盘因素导致出血1例（5.00%），切口撕裂2例（10.00%）。结论掌握影响剖宫产术中出血的因素及原因对于并发症的处理及产妇及胎儿的健康具有十分重要的作用。%ObjectiveTo investigate the reason of postpartum hemorrhage in ceasarean section.Methods A retrospective analysis of 20 cases of hemorrhage occurring in cesarean section from January 2012 to December 2013, to investigate causes of bleeding and influencing factors in cesarean.Results Hemorrhage of cesarean section were due to uterus atone in 17 cases (85.00%), placental factors in one case (5.00%), and lacerated section in 2 cases (10.00%).Conclusion To realize the effect factors of the hemorrhage in ceasarean section play a very important role in understanding the causes for the complications of the treatment and maternal and fetal health.
