糖尿病酮症酸中毒尿中酮体定性检查分析

摘要

目的：探讨糖尿病酮症酸中毒（DKA）尿液酮体检查方法比较。方法对20例糖尿病酮症酸中毒尿中酮体定性检查的方法资料进行分析。结果20例糖尿病酮症酸中毒19例阳性。结论酮症酸中毒时尿酮体阳性，而后者尿酮体一般不增高，但应注意糖尿病酮症者。%Objective Comparing with diferent ways in DKA of ketones detection in urine.Methods Analyzing 20 samples of ketones in the urine of diabetic ketoacidosis with regarding to the qualitative detection method.Results19 samples are positive, while. Conclusion The ketones are showed as positive in DKA. However, it wouldn’t be increased basicaly, but the patients with diabetic ketoacidosis should be paid attention and cared.
