中西医结合应用于急性乳腺炎的护理体会

摘要

目的：应用中西医结合护理急性乳腺炎的效果。方法随机将患者分为对照组和观察组，对照组50例和观察组50例，对照组采用西医对症治疗，观察组在对照组治疗的基础上，加用点刺、放血、拔火罐的方法进行治疗；结果观察组治愈率96％，对照组治愈率76％，观察组优于对照组，（P＜0.05），结果有显著性差异，具有统计学意义。结论中西医结合护理急性乳腺炎效果显著。%Objective Application effect of TCM combined with western medicine in acute mastitis.Methods Patients randomly divided into control group and observation group,50 cases in observation group, 50 cases in control group, control group with western medicine symptomatic treatment, on the basis of the observation group was treated in the control group, and use a little sting, bleeding and cupping treatment method.Results Observation group cure rate 96%, control group cure rate 96%, the observation group is better than that of control group, (P<0.05), and the results have significant difference, statisticaly significant.Conclusion Combination of Chinese and western medicine nursing of acute mastitis effect is remarkable.
