浅析甲状旁腺腺瘤患者的诊断及外科治疗

摘要

目的：浅析甲状旁腺腺瘤患者的诊断及外科治疗分析。方法回顾性分析我院2010年1月～2015年10月收治的12例甲状旁腺腺瘤患者，总结患者的临床表现及外科手术治疗。结果12例患者表现为肾型的2例，消化道症状为主的有6例，胆总管结石2例，颈部肿块1例，全身性骨痛或病理性骨折为首发症状的1例。结论甲状旁腺腺瘤患者临床表现复杂，对患者结合临床检查，CT、多普勒超声等可进行明确诊断，对患者进行手术切除。%Objective Analysis of diagnosis and surgical treatment of parathyroid adenoma patients.MethodsA retrospective analysis of our hospital in January 2010~October 2015 were treated 12 cases of parathyroid adenoma, summarize the clinical manifestations and surgical treatment of patients.Results 12 patients showed two cases of kidney type of gastrointestinal symptoms in 6 cases, common bile duct stones in 2 cases, one case of neck mass, systemic bone pain or pathologic fracture of one case of the first symptom.Conclusion The clinical manifestations in patients with parathyroid adenoma complicated for patients with clinical examination, CT, Doppler ultrasound can be performed to confirm the diagnosis, the patient surgery.
