180例肇事肇祸男性精神病患者调查分析

摘要

Objective To explore the clinical features of male troublemakers with mental disorder in the Huai’an Prefecture of Jiangsu Province,and to provide a basis for effective treatment and intervention of troublemaking mental disorder patients and reduce the harm to the society. Methods 3 846 patients with severe mental disorder hospitalized in our hospital from June 2011 to June 2015 were restrospectively analyzed. Results 180 male troublemaking mental disorder patients were received and treated from June 2011 to June 2015,and their troublemaking behaviour were associated with the age,occupation, marriage,character,actegories of mental diseases and psychiatric symptoms of patients. Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the management of this extraordinary crowd,especial y the treatment of the patients with schizophrenia.%目的：了解淮安地区肇事肇祸男性精神病患者的临床特点，为今后有效治疗和干预，减轻对社会的危害提供依据。方法回顾性研究2011年6月～2015年6月我院重性精神病房收治的3846例男性住院精神病患者，并进行统计分析。结果从2011年6月～2015年6月共收治肇事肇祸男性精神病患者180例，肇事肇祸与年龄、职业、婚姻状况、性格特征、精神疾病种类、精神症状等因素相关。结论肇事肇祸精神病患者在人口学特征、临床特点及疾病构成方面都有其特征，应该加强这一特殊人群的管理，尤其对精神分裂症患者的治疗力度。
