电子纤维喉镜下碘染色在早期喉癌诊断中的应用

摘要

目的：针对电子纤维喉镜碘染色在早期喉癌诊断中的应用进行探讨。方法在我院2014年5月～2015年6月就诊的有声嘶患者120例，将其随机分为实验1组、实验2组和实验3组各40例，三组患者均接受单纯电子纤维喉镜诊断。结果120例患者在接受本电子纤维喉镜下不同浓度的碘染色后，耐受性良好。患者在接受浓度1.0%时，9例喉部不适，105例治愈，6例死亡。结论碘溶液浓度控制在1.5%以内对患者进行电子纤维镜下喉部染色是可行的，可以保障患者的安全度。%Objective Fiber laryngoscope iodine staining for electronic applications in the early diagnosis of laryngeal cancer are discussed.Methods120 patients in our hospital from May 2014 to June 2015 during the visit of hoarseness were randomly divided into experimental group One, Two and Three, each group with 40 cases,three groups of patients were treated by electronic fibrolaryngoscope diagnosis.Results 120 patients after receiving this fibrolaryngoscope under different concentrations of iodine staining wel tolerated. Patients receiving 1.0% concentration, 9 cases with throat discomfort, 105 cases were cured, 6 cases died. ConclusionThe concentration of iodine solution controled within 1.5% of the patients by electron microscopic fibers are feasible and can protect the safety of patients.
