弹性髓内钉治疗儿童股骨干不稳定型骨折的治疗体会

摘要

Objective To investigate the curative effect of minimaly invasive elastic intramedulary nail(ESIN)for the treatment of unstable femoral fracture in children.Methods To analyze ESIN in treatment of 24 cases of unstable femoral fractures in children.Results24 cases according to the flynn evaluation standard,excellent in 22 cases,good in 2 cases. 1 patient had nail tail irritation,others had no complications.Conclusion Elastic intramedulary nail to treat children with unstable femoral fracture value is higher.%目的：探讨微创弹性髓内钉（ESIN）治疗儿童股骨干不稳定型骨折的疗效。方法分析ESIN治疗24例儿童股骨干不稳定型骨折的效果。结果24例患儿根据Flynn评价标准，优22例，良2例。术后1例出现钉尾刺激，余病例均无并发症。结论弹性髓内钉治疗儿童股骨不稳定型骨折价值高。
