目的:研究在护理后勤支持系统中应用精益化管理,探索适宜护理后勤支持系统的工作流程,使其运行在最高绩效水平,以便为临床护理工作提供优质服务。方法将工作人员分成两组改变工作方式、方法、时间段试行,将服务满意度、工作量、质量质控、培训以及人员素质都有提高。结果通过在护理后勤支持系统中开展精益化管理,可有效提高服务满意度,降低工作量以及早班投诉率。结论通过精益化管理使护理后勤支持中心与临床无缝接轨,对管理者管理水平也是一种提高,对医院的护理质量发展起到非常重要的作用。%Objective To study the application of lean management in the nursing support system,formulate the proper working procedure,maximize the working performance and provide the high quality service for clinical nursing works.MethodsThe staff were divided into two groups,the working mode,methods and time periods were changed to improve the service satisfaction,workload,quality control,training and personnel quality. ResultsIn the nursing support system,the lean management could effectively improve the service satisfaction,reduce the workload and compliant rate of morning shift.Conclusion The lean management is good for the nursing support center in clinical practices,improves the management level and plays an important role in the development of nursing quality.
