阴道前后壁修补术联合阴式子宫切除术在子宫脱垂治疗中的应用价值分析

摘要

目的 分析阴道前后壁修补术联合阴式子宫切除术在子宫脱垂治疗中的应用价值.方法 选取2012年1月~2014年1月我院收治的子宫脱垂患者46例,将其随机分为观察组(阴道前后壁修补术联合阴式子宫切除术治疗)与对照组(阴道前后壁修补术治疗),对比两组治疗效果.结果 观察组治愈率高于对照组,1年复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 阴道前后壁修补术联合阴式子宫切除术治疗子宫脱垂具有临床效果.%Objective To analyze the value of vaginal wal repair surgery with vaginal hysterectomy in the treatment of uterine prolapse.Methods From January 2012 to January 2014,46 cases of uterine prolapse patients in our hospital,were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group(vaginal wal repair surgery with vaginal hysterectomy treatment)and the control group(vaginal wal repair surgery treatment),then compared two groups of treatment effect.Results The cure rate in observation group was higher,one-year recurrence rate was lower than the control group,and the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The vaginal wal repair surgery with vaginal hysterectomy for uterine prolapsed have significant clinical effect.
