白血病输血的合理应用、输血的临床效果及副作用观察

Objective Objective To observe the reasonable application of leukemia removing the white cels by blood transfusion and explore its effect and side effect.Methods The clinical data of leukemia patients admitted in our hospital at the time of April 2012 to May 2014 were chosen for study.31 cases that being treated at our hospital at the same period,choosen as the patients of the control group. Al patients were given routine physical examination, given routine chemotherapy. On the basis of the conventional treatment of the control group patients,giving input to white blood transfusion therapy and observation group patients are given input to white blood that without white cels transfusion therapy.Results Observation group of patients with fever after blood transfusion reaction, alergic reaction, infection and so on were significantly lower than the control group patients(P<0.05).Two groups of patients, the comparison of 2 years transfer within three on recurrence rate and survival rate has obvious difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Leukemia patients treated by blood transfusion that without white blood cel transfusion can obviously reduce the side effect,to lower the transfer rate of relapse within 2 years,enhance survival rate within 2 years and improve the clinical effect.%目的：观察白血病去白细胞输血的合理应用，探讨其疗效及副作用。方法选择我院自2012年4月～2014年5月收治的31例白血病患者的临床资料，作为本次研究的观察组患者。选择同期在我院接受治疗的31例，作为本次研究的对照组患者。全部患者均给予常规体格检查，均给予常规化疗治疗。对照组患者在常规治疗的基础上，给予输入未去白细胞输血治疗，观察组患者给予输入去白细胞输血治疗。结果观察组患者输血后出现发热反应、过敏反应、感染反应等均明显低于对照组患者（P＜0.05），两组患者2年内转移复发率及3上内生存率对比，结果具有明显差异（P＜0.05）。结论白血病患者采用输血治疗采用去白细胞输血，可明显降低副反应，降低2年内转移复发率，提高患者3年内生存率，提高临床疗效。
