Objective To investigate the relationship between atrial fibrillation and inflammatory, oxidative stress and atrial remodeling.MethodsA total of permanent housing in patients with AF and sinus rhythm volunteers, 30 cases in each were measured fasting venous blood of ultra sensitive C reactive protein, malondialdehyde (MDA) and color Doppler ultrasound were measured in the left atrium diameter, a paired analysis was performed. ResultsThe level of C reactive protein, MDA level and left atrial diameter in patients with atrial fibrilation were significantly higher than those in the patients with sinus rhythm, the difference was statisticaly significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion The occurrence of atrial fibrilation is related to the inflammatory, oxidative stress and structural remodeling of left atrium.%目的:探讨房颤与炎性、氧化应激反应及心房重构之间的关系。方法选取永久性房颤患者和窦性心律志愿者各30例,分别测定空腹静脉血中超敏C反应蛋白、丙二醛水平及彩超测定左心房内径,进行配对分析。结果房颤组患者超敏C反应蛋白、丙二醛水平、左心房内径均高于窦性心律志愿组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论房颤的发生与炎性、氧化应激反应及左心房的结构重构有关。
