锁定钢板和普通T型钢板治疗桡骨远端不稳定骨折的疗效观察

摘要

目的：观察锁定钢板和普通T型钢板治疗桡骨远端不稳定骨折的临床疗效。方法随机将88例桡骨远端不稳定型骨折患者平均分为两组。对照组行普通T型钢板治疗，观察组行锁定钢板治疗，比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组优良率、术后并发症等优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论采用锁定钢板治疗能够有效维持骨折复位。%ObjectiveTo study the effects of locking plate and type T plate on unstable distal radius fractures.MethodsWe divided 40 patients into two groups, the observation group used locking plate,the control group used type T plate,compared the effect of two groups. ResultsThe excelent and good rate,postoperative complications in observation group were significantly better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The locking plate fixation can effectively maintain the fracture.
