精神病患者服用氯氮平致肠梗阻的术后护理观察

摘要

目的：探讨精神病患者服用氯氮致肠梗阻术后护理效果。方法我院近几年服用氯氮平致肠梗阻患者46例为研究对象，术后分成两组，对照组（23例）采用常规护理，观察组（23例）采用舒适性护理。结果对照组并发症发生率为26.09%，观察组为8.7%，观察组优于对照组。结论精神病患者服用氯氮平致肠梗阻术后采用舒适性护理能有效降低并发症发生率。%Objective To investigate the nursing effect in mental disease patients with intestinal obstruction caused by the use of clozapine.Methods In our hospital in recent years taking clozapine induced intestinal obstruction in patients with 46 cases as the research object. After divided into two groups, control group(23 cases)by routine nursing care,observation group(23 cases)received comfort nursing.ResultsThe complication rate was 26.09% in the control group,the observation group was 8.7%,and the observation group was better than the control group.Conclusion The use of clozapine induced intestinal obstruction in patients with mental ilness can effectively reduce the incidence of complications.
