对老年冠心病患者健康行为依从性连续护理干预效果的研究

摘要

Objective To investigate the effect of continuous nursing intervention on health behavior of elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 90 cases of our hospital for treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease were selected and randomly assigned to two groups,the observation group and the control group with 45 cases and control group of patients admitted to hospital after given routine nursing care of patients,the observation group patients received the routine nursing care on the basis of the control group,and then combined with continuous nursing intervention measures,two groups of patients received regular nursing,compared two groups of patients with nursing effect.ResultsThe control group scores for anxiety and depression scores were significantly higher than those in the observation group,the observation group compliance of 43 cases(representing 95.56%)was significantly higher than that in control group(n=23)(accounting for 51.11%),group therapeutic effect compared with the significant difference,P< 0.05.Conclusion Clinicaly in the treatment of elderly patients with coronary artery disease,the continuous nursing intervention measures,effectively improve the effect of treatment of patients,improve the prognosis and quality of life,to obtain the ideal therapeutic effect.%目的：探讨老年冠心病患者健康行为依从性连续护理干预效果。方法选取我院就诊的老年冠心病患者共90例，随机分为两组，观察组和对照组患者各45例，对照组患者入院之后给予患者常规护理；观察组患者在对照组常规护理的基础之上，再联合采用连续性护理干预措施，两组患者在接受定期护理后，比较两组患者的护理效果。结果对照组的焦虑评分、抑郁评分高于观察组，观察组依从的患者43例（占95.56%）高于对照组23例（占51.11%），组间治疗效果比较具有差异，P<0.05。结论临床上在治疗老年冠心病时，可采用连续性护理干预措施，能有效改善患者治疗效果，提高预后质量，获得非常理想的治疗效果。
