地屈孕酮治疗反复性早期流产的临床观察

摘要

目的：观察地屈孕酮治疗反复性早期流产的临床效果。方法研究对象来源于我院2013年6月～2014年6月接诊的76例反复性早期流产患者，随机将患者均分为对照组（38例）与观察组（38例）。对照组患者给予黄体酮胶囊治疗；观察组患者使用地屈孕酮治疗。统计两组患者保胎成功率、治疗后血清孕酮值以及不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率92.1%高于对照组73.7%，组间差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），且两组患者不良反应发生率、治疗后血清孕酮值对比均有差异（P<0.05）。结论地屈孕酮治疗反复性早期流产临床效果理想。%Objective To explore the clinical effects of dydrogesterone treatment of recurrent early abortion.Methods Seventy-six cases of recurrent early spontaneous abortion patients were enroled from June 2013 to June 2014,the patients were randomly divided into control group(38 cases)and observation group(38 cases). The control group were treated with progesterone capsules treatment,the observation group used dydrogesterone treatment. The incidence of statistics of two groups of patients,the success rate of serum progesterone value after treatment and adverse reactions. ResultsThe observation treatment group total effective rate was 92.1% was significantly higher than that of the control group 73.7%,difference between the two groups had statistical significance(P< 0.05),and the adverse reactions of the two groups of patients occurred rate,after treatment of serum progesterone values comparisons were significant difference(P< 0.05).ConclusionThe clinical effect of progesterone treatment of flexor ideal recurrent early abortion,which is suitable for clinical application.
