普通外科腹腔镜手术中舒适护理的干预效果分析

摘要

ObjectiveTo study the effect of comfort nursing in the process of general surgical laparoscopic surgery.MethodsOur hospital choice in 2012 September to 2014 September between the diagnosis and treatment of 160 cases of laparoscopic operation of general surgery patients, which were divided into two groups.The control group of 80 cases of patients with the implementation of routine nursing, the observation group 80 cases patients implemented comfortable nursing operation and compared between the two groups of patients with postoperative complications occurred rate, average bed time, average hospitalization time and nursing satisfaction.Results The patients in the observation group,rate of complications was lower than that in the control group, the average bed time and hospitalization time was shorter than the control group.The patients of nursing satisfaction improved significantly, the difference between the two groups were significant and had significant difference (P< 0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic operation of general surgery of comfortable nursing can help patients smoothly through perioperative period, enhance the patients' satisfaction to the medical staff, reduce the risk of complications,and promote the early recovery of patients.%目的：研究普通外科腹腔镜手术过程中实施舒适护理的干预效果。方法我院选择2012年9月～2014年9月诊治的160例普外科腹腔镜手术的患者，将其均分为两组，对照组的80例患者实施常规护理措施，观察组的80例患者实施舒适护理操作，比较两组患者的术后并发症发生率、平均下床时间、平均住院时间以及患者对护理的满意度。结果观察组患者术后出现并发症的几率低于对照组，平均下床时间及平均住院时间均短于对照组，患者对护理的满意度明显提升，两组患者差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论普外科腹腔镜手术后实施舒适护理能够帮助患者顺利的度过围手术期，提升了患者对医护人员的满意度，降低并发症出现的几率，促进患者早日恢复健康。
