尿液分析法和显微镜手工分析法在尿常规检查中的价值分析

摘要

Objective To investigate the value of urine analysis and microscopy in urine routine examination.Methods115 patients with urinary routine examination in our hospital from February 2013 to March 2014 were selected,and two different methods were used to carry out urine routine examination,and the results were compared with the results of the two methods.ResultsUrine analysis was used to detect the positive rate of protein, red blood cels and white blood cels (P> 0.05).Conclusion Urine analysis method and microscopic manual analysis method have their respective advantages in urine routine examination.Clinical application process can be according to the actual situation of patients and selection of appropriate testing methods or the two detection methods of comprehensive application in order to enhance the level of urine routine test,for the disease early detection and diagnosis provide an important basis.%目的：探讨尿液分析法和显微镜手工分析法在尿常规检查中的应用价值。方法选取我院2013年2月～2014年3月进行尿常规检查的患者115例，分别采用以上两种不同方法进行尿常规检查，对比两种方法的检查结果。结果采用尿液分析法同采用显微镜手工分析法检测，在蛋白质、红细胞及白细胞阳性率方面，无差异（P>0.05）。结论尿液分析法与显微镜手工分析法在尿常规检查中各具优势，临床应用过程中可根据患者实际情况选取合适的检测方式，或将两种检测方法进行综合应用以此提升尿常规检查水平，为病情的早期发现与诊断提供重要依据。
