老年慢性支气管炎患者的临床护理体会

摘要

目的：对老年慢性支气管炎患者的临床护理措施以及护理效果进行分析探讨，并对护理体会进行总结。方法选取于2013年8月～2015年3月期间在我院接受治疗的58例老年慢性支气管炎患者，将患者随机分为对照组和观察组进行对照研究，观察并比较常规护理和优质护理的临床效果。结果观察组患者的躯体功能、生理功能、活力、社会功能及总体健康等五个方面的生活质量评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论对老年慢性支气管炎患者采用优质护理取得效果，能够提高患者的生活质量。%Objective Clinical nursing method and its nursing effect for elder patients with chronic bronchitis are to be studied and then get nursing experience summarized.Methods Choose 58 elder patients with chronic bronchitis who were treated in hospital from August 2013 to March 2015 and separated them into control group and study group at random,and then observed and compared patients’ nursing effects of conventional nursing and high-quality nursing respectively between two groups.Results With regarding to patients’ quality of life, including five aspects: physical function,physiological function,motion function,social function and general health,patients’ assessment scores in study group were much higher than counterparts in control group,there was a great treatment differential between two groups and such a differential had statistic value(P< 0.05).Conclusion High-quality nursing is of efficacy in treatment of elderly patients with chronic bronchitis,it is conducive to promoting their quality of life.
