重组人表皮生长因子联合红外线治疗放射性皮炎的疗效观察

摘要

目的：观察重组人表皮生长因子（金因肽）联合红外线治疗仪治疗Ⅱ级以上放射性皮炎的疗效。方法收集本院80例Ⅱ级以上放射性皮炎患者，随机分成实验组和对照组。观察组用金因肽外涂，实验组用红外线治疗仪照射后外涂金因肽，观察两组患者的疗效。结果实验组疗效高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论金因肽联合红外线治疗仪治疗Ⅱ级以上放射性皮炎疗效肯定。%Objective To observe the effect of recombinant human epidermal growth factor(Genetime)combined with infrared therapy in the treatment of radiodermatitis above degree Ⅱ . Method 80 patients with radiodermatitis were randomly selected into experimental group and control group. The control group received external application of Genetime,and the experimental group received infrared irradiation treatment before external application of Genetime. The effects of two groups were compared. Results The curative effect of experimental group was significantly better than that of control group(P< 0.05). Conclusion The effect of Genetime combined with infrared therapy in the treatment of radiodermatitis above degreeⅡis effective.
