护理质量管理在健康体检中心护理工作中的应用效果观察

摘要

Objective To discuss and analyze the application effect of nursing quality management in nursing work in the health examination center. Methods Based on the current status of China's physical examination,combined with the author many years of health examination center of nursing work experience,put forward to make ful use of the advantage of computer network management,establish a "people-oriented" service concept,to establish and perfect the standardized examination system and other effective measures to improve the quality of nursing and health examination center. Results The nursing management of medical examination center to achieve a standardized and scientific examination,patients satisfaction rate has been significantly improved,to promote the sustainable development of the health examination center. Conclusion On the basis of the actual situation of the hospital,in order to enhance the level of nursing quality management,is to improve the medical examination center of nursing work efficiency and quality assurance.%目的：讨论并分析护理质量管理在健康体检中心护理工作中的应用效果。方法立足于目前我国健康体检的现状，结合笔者在健康体检中心多年的护理工作经验，提出了充分利用计算机网络化管理的优势、树立“以人为本”的服务理念、建立并完善标准化的体检系统等，是提升健康体检中心护理质量的有效措施。结果体检中心的护理管理工作实现了规范化和科学化，体检者的满意率也得到了明显的提高，促进了健康体检中心的可持续发展。结论以医院实际情况为基础，以提升护理质量管理水平为手段，是提高体检中心护理工作效率与质量的保证。
