发热门诊有效预防和控制医院感染的临床观察

摘要

目的：观察发热门诊在医院感染防控中的效果。方法分析发热门诊成立前180例患者的临床资料，作为对照组；选取发热门诊成立后180例患者，作为观察组。对比两组感染率、医疗纠纷发生率、护理满意度情况。结果门诊成立后对过去的制度和方法加以改进，观察组感染率和医疗纠纷发生率明显低于对照组，护理满意度高于对照组。结论成立发热门诊并采取有效措施，可预防控制医院感染。%Objective To investigate the effects of the fever clinic of the hospital infection prevention and control.Methods The clinical data before the fever clinics set up 180 cases of patients, as a control group; selected 180 cases of patients after the fever clinics set up, as the observation group. Compared two groups of infection, the incidence of medical disputes, nursing satisfaction with the situation.ResultsThe clinic was founded to improve the systems and methods of the past, infection and medical disputes observation group were significantly lower than the control group, nursing satisfaction higher. ConclusionThe establishment of fever clinics and to take effective measures to prevent hospital infection control.
