目的：探讨分析联合用药治疗原发性高血压并高尿酸血症疗效及安全性评价。方法选取2013年9月～2014年9月在我院治疗的原发性高血压并高尿酸血症患者共120例，随机分成两组，每组各60例，对照组：仅采用氨氯地平药物进行治疗；实验组：在对照组的基础上联合氯沙坦钾进行治疗，治疗一段时间后，分析比较两组患者的血压变化情况和血尿酸变化情况。结果经过一段时间治疗后，两组患者的血压与治疗前相比具有明显的降低，差距具有统计学意义（P <0.05），并且实验组血压降低情况明显优于对照组，差距具有统计学意义（P <0.05），两组患者血尿酸含量明显低于治疗前，差距具有统计学意义（P <0.05），并且实验组患者血尿酸降低情况明显优于对照组，差距具有统计学意义（P <0.05），两组患者没有出现明显的不良反应。结论采用氨氯地平联合氯沙坦钾进行原发性高血压并高尿酸血症的治疗具有比较好的疗效，并且具有比较高的安全性，因此具有比较高的临床应用价值，值得推广。%Objective To investigate the analysis of combination therapy with essential hypertension and hyperuricemia efficacy and safety evaluation.Methods September 2013 - September 2014 and hyperuricemia in patients with a total of 120 cases of essential hypertension in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, 60 patients in the control group: only amlodipine horizon drug treatment; experimental group: Combine losartan potassium in the control group on the basis of treatment, after treatment for some time, analyze changes in blood pressure and blood uric acid change compared to the situation two groups.Results After a period of treatment, and treatment of two groups of patients before the blood pressure has significantly reduced, the gap is statisticaly significant (P < 0.05), and a marked drop in blood pressure in the experimental group than the control group, the difference was statisticaly significance (P < 0.05), serum uric acid groups were significantly lower than before treatment, the difference was statisticaly significant (P <0.05), and lower serum uric acid in the experimental group were better than the control group, the difference was statisticaly significant (P < 0.05), two groups of patients with no apparent adverse effects.Conclusion Amlodipine losartan potassium were essential hypertension and hyperuricemia treatment have a better effect, and has a relatively high security, it has a relatively high clinical value, worthy of promotion.
