探讨心内科急性心绞痛患者临床治疗效果

摘要

目的：研究分析心内科急性心绞痛患者使用氯吡格雷治疗的临床效果，对该药物的治疗效果进行观察分析。方法选取我院2012年～2013年的76例冠心病心绞痛患者进行分析，使用随机分组来将患者分成对照组和试验组，两组均是38例。对照组患者使用常规药物治疗，试验组患者在常规药物治疗基础上使用氯吡格雷治疗，对两组的治疗情况对比分析。结果试验组患者的临床治疗有效率是97.4%，对照组的临床治疗有效率是84.2%，试验组患者的治疗有效率高于对照组，有统计学差异（P<0.05）。结论临床中，心内科急性心绞痛患者接受氯吡格雷治疗，能够让患者的症状得到改善，提升生活质量。%Objective To study effect of clopidogrel in acute angina patients.Methods Selected 76 cases of patients with angina pectoris to analyzed from 2012 to 2013. The patients were randomly divided into control and experimental groups,al 38 cases. The control group of patients using conventional drug treatment,the test group of patients treated with clopidogrel,the treatment of the two groups were compared.Results The experimental group of patients clinical response rate was 97.4%,the clinical efficiency of treatment in the control group was 84.2%,treatment of patients in the experimental group was significantly higher efficiency,a significant difference(P< 0.05).ConclusionAcute angina patients receiving clopidogrel,can make symptoms improve and enhance the quality of life.
